What opened
The Reunion Resort Villas, at 100 Maderas Place in Hot Springs Village, opened in 2025 with three four-bedroom villas that sleep up to eight and four one-bedroom studio suites for two. Units have full kitchens, fireplaces and private patios, and golf carts are offered for the short trip to nearby courses.
At opening, the Village's own news site listed the four-bedroom units at $585 a night and the studios at $185, plus taxes, with no separate cleaning fee and no pets. Check the property's site for current rates.
The villas sit within about a mile of three Village golf courses: Diamante, Isabella and Granada. The owners have also promoted stay-and-play packages with Diamante Country Club.
Notes for Hot Springs Village hosts
- Golf travelers are the obvious overlap. If your rental is near a course, say which one and how far in the listing, and mention cart or club storage if you have it.
- Fees and policies are part of how guests compare. A clear total price with no surprise add-ons is easy to match.
- Any rental inside the Village, short or long term, must be registered with the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association. Registration runs through June 30 of the following year and does not transfer to a new owner.
- POA rules require a posted rental guest notice with your contact number and a copy of the POA rules inside the home, and a fire department permit for any wood-burning fire pit.
