Listing review

Get a second look at your listing

Send us your Airbnb or Vrbo link and a person will look at five areas and reply by email with notes. You can also run through the same checklist yourself below.

What we look at

Photos

Is every bedroom, bathroom and outdoor space shown? Does the first photo show the reason someone would book?

Title and description

Does the title name something specific, like lake access or a walk to Bathhouse Row? Does the description answer questions about parking, stairs and check-in?

Pricing

How do your rates compare with similar nearby listings, and are busy dates such as Oaklawn's big race weekends priced separately?

Amenities

Is every amenity you have actually selected in the listing? Are there gaps guests in your price range would expect?

Compliance

Is guest capacity within the city's limit of two per bedroom plus two? Are any exterior cameras and noise monitors disclosed as Airbnb requires?
