About BNB Hot

What this site covers

We write plain guides to the parts of short-term renting that trip people up in Hot Springs: the city's business license, the taxes on a stay, what each booking platform charges, and the day-to-day work of running a rental.

When we state a fee, a tax rate or a rule, we link to where it came from. Platform fees and city rules change, so check the linked source before you make a decision that costs money.

• No paywalls and no sign-up required to read anything.
• No made-up revenue figures or property rankings. If we can't confirm a number, we leave it out.
• Some gear pages link to Amazon, and we may earn a commission on those purchases.
